Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

So amazing to find my everyday style! Love my wydr sneakers!
These are the first leather sneakers I've owned, and they're so comfy and so cute! An hour into wearing the shoes, I forgot that I had any shoes on -- because they were just THAT comfortable! As someone with VERY WIDE feet (specifically a super wide girth and a high volume instep), I was so happy that these fit with minimal effort to put them on.
I thought the width was perfect. I normally am not a sneakers girl, but I felt these were comfortable.
I bought these in Dove and they are as comfortable as they are stylish. I have a high arch plus wide feet and sneakers can be really tight over the top of my foot, but not these. They fit like a dream. Plus they look good with everything. My new Spring staple!
I love these shoes so much, they're actually a wide fit shoe. They're so comfortable. I have been on my feet all day in these and my feet don't hurt. This is so rare and abnormal for me. The other brands out there are waaay too narrow and uncomfortable. I never thought I'd buy a shoe online until I saw these. I am so glad I did.
