Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I love these boots! I typically wear a 7.5 WW or 2E - 3E. I ordered the 8WW. My foot measured 9" and my circumference of the widest part of my foot is 4" so I went up to an 8. I usually wear an 8WW in an athletic shoes. They look terrific! Very nice cushioning. I haven't tried the extra inserts yet, but I don't think I will need them. I'm going to go to a country western concert and these are going to be perfect!
Everyone with wide feet knows the struggle of finding shoes that fit, and it's extra hard when you're shopping for a pointed toe style. Compound that with chubby legs, and you're generally out of luck with most western boot retailers. This is why I was so excited for Wydr's western boots. I already have the Shania in green and they get a ton of wear, but I thought a black pair would be even more useful in my wardrobe. In medium width shoes, I purchase 7.5 or 8 to accommodate my toe width but I got 7WW and there's room to spare (which is great if I want to wear socks instead of tights). The heel height is comfortable and feels sturdy. I will likely use the extra included insoles because I have plantar fasciitis and I don't feel supported enough without them (love that they're an option!)
First, I love the boots. I’ve never had a pair that actually have this much space around the ankles and my toes aren’t pinched at all. They’re super comfortable and SO cute.
My only issue is that the shipping on these was TERRIBLE. They ship from overseas and then go to a smaller shipping company stateside that seems to be similar to Amazon delivery where it’s people doing gig driving. I was tracking my shipment on Shop and saw that they went out for delivery and then came back because I was “unreachable.” Nobody contacted me and if I hadn’t been watching the tracking I would probably still be waiting weeks from now. It turns out the person who tried to deliver couldn’t find my apartment so just decided not to deliver them at all. When I reached out to Wydr I was essentially told to handle it myself even though I mentioned that I had already reached out to the shipper with no returned contact. Someone from the shipping company finally got back to me and I told them how to find my clearly numbered apartment in a building with a map outside of it and finally got the boots three days later after spending almost a week trying to figure out how to get them out of limbo.
I get that some things are out of their hands, but Wydr should know that their shipping methods and the non-help from their customer service did not make this a great shopping experience.

Adorable, and comfortable. I was concerned that the heel would feel too high for everyday wear, but it isn't. I'm short, with short legs, and I think they maybe hit me at a less flattering place on my calf, but that just means I'll need to get a pair of the taller one, too. I'm a 6WW with a high instep and I can get them on and off without unzipping. Lots of room for comfort, socks, pant legs, etc - but they don't feel like I'm going to step out of them. So comfortable, I wish this brand had more styles so I could replace all my shoes.
I love m’y boots so much that I bought two pairs of the Jolene. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 in regular width and usually need to size up to a 9. In this brand I size down to an 8 and they fit perfect. They they come with an extra set of pads so if their snug you can change them out and get a bit more room. Shipping is pretty quick packaging is awesome and they are just beautiful boots. I’m so glad to have found this company!
