A guide to pre-ordering
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase and secure our footwear first before we officially release stock to our customers.
Wydr Studios shoes can move fast, so pre-ordering ensures you secure our shoes in the style, size and color you desire. Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date, so do read the product page carefully before purchasing. These dates provide an estimated shipping time and we will do our best to update our site and customers with any changes.
As a new brand, pre-ordering helps us forecast and manage current and future demand and supply chain expectations accordingly. We aim to get to a position where pre-ordering won't be necessary in the future.
Items available for pre-order will be clearly labelled as pre-order on each product page. We strongly recommend reading the product page in detail. If you're not sure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pre-ordered items are charged at checkout and follows the same process as regular items. The difference between pre-ordered items and regular items is in the shipping date. Please refer to individual product pages to learn if an item is for pre-order.
If you have purchased an item on pre-order, you can find the estimated shipping time on its respective product page. Please note that the shipping dates listed is an estimate and may change. We will keep all customers up-to-date if a shipping date alters.
Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information letting you know it’s on its way to you.
Yes, you can, depending on the status of your order.
If your item has not yet shipped, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and our customer team will be able to change or cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund to the original payment method where possible.
If your pre-order has been shipped and is in transit on its way to you, we cannot exchange or cancel your order. You will have to wait until your order has been received before you can raise a refund request.
We have a sizing guide available on each product page to help you choose the right size. We recommend choosing the typical size you normally purchase from other brands – such as Torrid, or your preferred sneaker brand – as our sizes are closely matched.
You may also visit our 'Size Guide' page for more information. If you're still not sure, do email firstname.lastname@example.org with your regular shoe size and the product you would like to purchase, and our team will be happy to recommend a size for you.
As a studio entering relatively uncharted territory, everyday is a learning day for us. Our vision to create inclusive footwear is at the core of what we do, and we want to make sure we're taking the necessary steps to get it right and avoid disappointment.
We're working hard to expand beyond our current offering so do be patient and check in later if you don't see your size just yet.

Sustainability and Social Responsibility
As a business, we're taking steps to ensure that we are accountable for our own environmental responsibilities. Without compromising on the quality of our shoes, we have been able to source materials where:
- Our insoles contain at least 8% of recycled rubber particles
- Our shoes produced in Patent PU Leather releases significantly less pollution through its waterborne fabric, unlike traditional oil solvent-based Patent PU Leather which releases toxic and harmful waste into the environment
- All our shoes only use environmentally-friendly glue
- Our shoe boxes are made of recycled tires and are biodegradable
We're looking for new ways to develop sustainable, environmentally conscious business practices and will expand on this as we grow.
Yes! We recommend all customers who are interested in shopping with us to create one. Having a Wydr Studios account allows you to:
- Manage and track your orders
- Check your order history
- Receive special discounts for first-time and regular customers
If you've forgotten your password, just click “Forgot your password?” at the “Login” page. Enter the email you used to create an account with us and you will receive a password reset link in your email inbox.
If you have a discount code from our website or from one of our emails, you can enter the code when you checkout. Please kindly note, you can only use one discount or coupon code at a time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. More information on tracking your package can be found on the 'Track Your Package' page.
Yes, but only if your order has not left our warehouse. Our team are more than happy to assist, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. However, if your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order until you have received your package.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Union Pay and Visa. If you have any questions, please reach out to email@example.com.
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollar (USD) by default. The actual transaction that takes place at check out will also be done in USD and if you are not paying by USD, the final order amount will depend on daily currency exchange rates.
Returns and exchanges
Online purchases (final sale items and gifts excluded) made through Wydr Studios are eligible for exchange and return within 14 days from the date you received your item(s).
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles), and kept in their original packaging.
