Return Policy
As a customer, your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We have a dedicated packing and logistics team that looks after and inspects every pair of shoes while preparing your order. To maintain quality standards, all items are photographed before leaving our warehouse, so we know the standards it has left us as.
Return period
Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you receive your order. We offer free returns and one free exchange. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box). To start a return, please email us at support@wydrstudios.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Step 1: Contact us via support@wydrstudios.com and submit your request.
Step 2: Our team will provide return instructions and the return address after reviewing your request.
Please note that during holidays or system maintenance periods, there may be a delay in sending the shipping label. We will inform you of any such delays in our email communication.
Step 3: Please keep your return shipping receipt as proof of payment. Include a copy inside your return package or send a digital copy to our support team.
Step 4: Place your item(s) back into the original packaging and ship the package to the eligible return address provided.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange and reimburse your return shipping cost accordingly.
United Kingdom and Australia: We offer free returns and one free exchange in United Kingdom and Australia. Customers are required to cover the return shipping costs upfront. However, once we receive the returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will reimburse the shipping cost. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment, and include it in your return package or send a digital copy to support@wydrstudios.com

Kindly be aware that items purchased with a tiered discount during major sales periods and items on clearance sale are eligible for exchange only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and the total refund amount is calculated based on the condition of the shoes, deducting any shipping cost where appropriate. If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The original shipping cost (where appropriate) is non-refundable. Shoes that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@wydrstudios.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and exchange the item for you.
Order Cancellation
When a new order is placed, it is considered a careful and thoughtful purchase. Most of our orders are processed within 8-12 hours. This means that any cancellation or change requests made after this time frame may not be able to be processed. Please email us at support@wydrstudios.com immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. If your order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already left our warehouse. You will be able to raise a refund request upon receipt of your order.
