Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I bought these in white and after wearing them for one day, the straps fully ripped out of the shoe when I was walking. The shoe itself seems way too heavy for the straps. I talked to their customer support and they sent a new pair, and the same thing happened again. When I emailed again to try and return for a refund or a different style, nobody responded. I followed up and still not response.
The Iris Clog Mary Jane in black suede is absolutely gorgeous. I have issues with my feet due to medical stuff so finding shoes I can actually wear comfortably but also look awesome is an onerous task. These shoes fitted well both around the ankle and the ball of the foot. The insert pads are most welcome. The construction is sturdy but looks quite fancy. The first time I put them on I wore them for 4 hours straight, which included walking around. Unheard of!! The only down side is shipping from the States to Aus, which wasn't too bad, but I'm sure a local stockist here in Aus would sell out in no time as we're a nation of hobbit footed people.
I wore the white shoes for my wedding and they were perfect! I have always had a hard time finding dressy shoes that fit and are actually comfortable for a long time but these checked all the boxes. I can’t wait to order my next pair!
Cute enough to wear to work or out and comfortable enough to wear all day. I really like these shoes and was surprised they work with my tall instep/puffy foot and high arch. I also like that if you have short toes like me, it doesn't look awkward like a lot of sandals do. If you're thinking about it, get them!
I feel like I stepped out of the 70s every time I wear these clogs!
