Please check your foot length, ball girth and ball width using our Size Guide for the right fit.

Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

If you wear wide-width brands, stick to the same size. Otherwise, size down from your normal-width size.

We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.

Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).
