Yes, reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. If there is no points activity within 12 months (such as earning or redeeming points), your points balance will reset to zero. That said, as long as you complete a qualifying points activity before the expiration date, your points will remain active and the 12-month validity period will reset.

Yes — rewards redeemed through Wydr Rewards can be used together with sitewide promotions. However, please note that only one Wydr Rewards discount can be applied per order.

If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted accordingly. For partial returns, only the points earned on the returned items will be deducted. If you exchange an item, your reward points will not be changed — the points you earned from the original order will remain in your account.
