Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

Finally, shoes that fit how I like! Other brands are so inconsistent in sizing and I usually have to exchange or return. I took a chance on these in 12WW based on the recommendation for a certain brand and they fit perfectly. Some brands I have to size up to 13 or 14 but they don't always fit right, most likely too narrow. I will be buying more pairs of shoes from here in the future.

I love these shoes. I love the rose cloud color with the black sole. I will say that if your feet swell or you have a high arch or instep (the top of your foot) they can be pinchy and uncomfortable at first. Because of the material, they do stretch, but the first couple wears might feel tight. Mine also make weird noises when I walk which I assume is just because they're new and still stiff. Regardless, I enjoy wearing these and they go with pretty much everything.
I wear a US10.5WW and had good success with the 10 Taylor loafer, especially when I added the included insert to keep my heel from slipping too much. I bought the metallic silver color and not only are they fun and sharp, I get great compliments on them every time I wear them. So far I've been pleased with the quality of construction too.

Super cute shoes, but entirely too big. I worry that these won't be flexible - the leather seems pretty stiff, but I will still try again with a smaller size.
