Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

These shoes are super stylish for any occasion! Im just extremely sad that i don't consider them WW . I wear a 9 in Wydr My foot length is 10 & width measures 4 1/2 in and these fit up to 4 in . I just decided to return for different style. I highly recommend them because not fitting me does not mean they wont be great for someone else!
I’ve always struggled to find wise enough shoes: “wide” fit shoes sometimes aren’t roomy enough, they’re just ugly, or they’re super expensive. While wydr is pricey, their shoes are gorgeous and COMFY. I wore these for about 4 hours and my feet didn’t hurt at all.
The with fit is perfect and the color is gorgeous. They come very nicely packaged and have padding available too if you need more. The ankle straps leave my foot to lift up at bit, but not that much, and I feel it’s mostly unavoidable with this type of shoe anyways. Would love to order more for any of my shoe need!
I am so happy with the Stella shoes. As someone with major swelling I find it so hard to get shoes. The Stella’s are my 5th pair of Wydr shoes.they will go with so much.

I wore these as a bridesmaid for my friend’s wedding, and they were incredibly comfortable all day long. The wedge platform provided great support, and the color and style were so elegant! 10/10 would recommend. I’m from Australia, size 12W, and it’s nearly impossible to find shoes of this fit and quality here!
I have wide feet and skinny ankles and the ankle straps were too big. I’m a 9.5 and the 10 was too long. If you’re in between, I would size down. The toe box was actually wide enough for my feet though!
