Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experierce.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I'll be honest, I'm new to wearing loafers, but I was happily surprised by how truly comfortable they are! They genuinely do offer a sneaker-like feel, all the while elevating my entire look. I also really appreciate that there's an option to add insoles if needed. Personally, I don't need the extra insoles, as I can use the extra room in the shoe for my high instep (especially for when my feet might swell).

Bought these shoes in Burgundy a year ago and they've been my go-to work shoe ever since. So cute, comfortable, and work with both pants and dresses/skirts (and the many compliments don't hurt either!). I love them so much that I decided to come back and write a review, which is extremely rare for me. It took me years to find a cute loafer for my wide feet - thank you so much WYDR! Please keep making these!
I’m really disappointed to say that these are hands down the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I bought them to wear to work and I can’t wear them for long enough to attempt to break them in. My feet are between normal and wide and the front of the shoe squeezes my foot so much that I have had to take them off and walk outdoors barefoot just from wearing them to get the mail. The inserts included make them even worse. I was really hoping these would be comfortable enough to stand in for 9-10 hours a day but that just is totally impossible as I can’t stand wearing them for 10 minutes.
I left the below review back in April, but Wydr never posted it. When I wrote into them about it, they said they would correct it but never did. They later confirmed via email that they have not been publishing reviews below 4 stars and are "looking into it." I have since tried posting this review several times and they have deleted it every time. It's really a bummer because I want to keep supporting this brand, but I find this kind of dishonesty with reviews really hard to defend. Leaving 4 stars in hopes that this review stays up, but this was a 2 star pair of shoes for me.
"I absolutely love this brand be unfortunately I do find these loafers to be very uncomfortable. I think because the patent is stiff and unforgiving, they do pinch quite a bit. I think if I didn't have bunions and a high instep these would be better (loafers are tough to fit) and I will keep trying with and without insoles to see if that helps. Really gorgeous shoes though."
