Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I’m a hairstylist on my feet, consecutively, for more than 8 hours a day. I wore these shoes the same day I had to work without having broken into them prior, and they were SO comfortable! My feet are actually wider than the width accustomed to WW, but these loafers still work better than any other well known/popular clog out there. I am so happy, and willing to purchase more from this site based on comfort alone. The cuteness is a plus!
One thing I will say is that I didn’t use the inserts, as I must have a very high instep, naturally.
I'll be honest, I'm new to wearing loafers, but I was happily surprised by how truly comfortable they are! They genuinely do offer a sneaker-like feel, all the while elevating my entire look. I also really appreciate that there's an option to add insoles if needed. Personally, I don't need the extra insoles, as I can use the extra room in the shoe for my high instep (especially for when my feet might swell).

Very happy with these shoes! I'm an AU size 9 and I should have gotten the 9 but i got an 8 instead. The 8 still fits me but it only fits comfortably when I don't wear an extra insert. I usually like having orthics or extra inserts so I will definitely get the 9 next time.
Otherwise, even without a supportive insert, the shoe holds up by itself. I think the original sole does not have noteworthy arch support BUT there is a level of cushioning in the shoe that does alleviate pain. I'm pleasantly surprised at how my heels and overall feet are not in pain (I have achilles tendonitis) after full days of wearing this shoe and being on my feet most of the day. Any discomfort is mainly from the wrong shoe size. I've put only 4 stars because the raw sole does not have notable arch support for me HOWEVER the extra insole does have arch support (again an issue that can be solved with purchasing the correct shoe size).
I'll still keep with the size 8 though because I've worn them in quite a bit now. The leather is good quality though i've already scuffed it a bit. That's all down to how you use your shoes though.
Overall, I can attest to it being comfortable and good quality and definitely worth the buy!!!!!!
Sizing advice for this shoe:
- If choosing between two sizes, get the bigger one because if its too big, you can always use the extra insoles that come with it.
- The shoe is still wide !!!! even with a smaller size!!! I am a 2E wide person and with the loafer my toes are not pinched. I can only imagine that with the correct size shoe it will be even more comfy.
- I've worn this with no-show socks and ankle socks (thin not thick) and it's a good roomy shoe.
I had been searching for loafers for over a year! I tried so many “wide” pairs in so many sizes that didn’t fit right, and felt like a compromise on style and quality. I can’t believe these fit so comfortably and look exactly how I wanted. They came nicely packaged with inserts that made the loafers fit just right. I reached out to customer service with some fit questions, they were very helpful. This was such a pleasant relief from the nightmare experience of looking for stylish wide width shoes. I will definitely be ordering other styles and look forward to Wydr expanding.
