Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

Finding a pair of on trend boots that actually fit? Stop the presses. Not only do they fit, they slide right on my 10.5WW foot - even accommodate my thick ankles. Hallelujah! I put in the thicker insoles that are thoughtfully included with the boots. I'm excited to have them in my closet, and know they're going to go with so much. Super happy with this purchase (and how quickly they arrived).
Chocolate brown boots are a Fall and Winter staple and I feel lucky to finally have access to an on-trend boot and color that FITS! I instantly feel cooler and more stylish once I slip these boots on (which, thanks to the pull tab, is pretty quick and easy!).
I love the color of the shoe, the comfortability is amazing, the heel is the perfect height to wear all day long, and I love that they were a bit loose around my ankle to give enough room for socks! The heel height is perfect! I love the fact that it’s a daytime and nighttime heel and it’s so comfortable that I can wear it all day long!
I haven't wore a nice pair of chelsea's boots in awhile and I love this style. But have given up getting them as they don't last long so my usual go to are just sneakers. But when they arrived I tried them RIGHT away and they fit!! I was honestly afraid that it wouldn't despite the reviews. I mean you never know! They were comfortable ! I tried them on with socks and guess what? They are still comfortable! I'm really happy and cannot wait to wear them out.
I've tried about 4 different styles of Wydr shoes & had zero luck with comfort. However this style by far has been the best. The ankle is wide and fits beautifully on my thick legs! I admit I had to return them because the heel height is taller then I wanted for all day wear. I'd 100% would have kept them if I could handle heels for a full day. They are really high quality boots & the look... I'd recommend if you like this heel height. Customer service is fantastic too!
