Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I absolutely love the look and fit of these sandals. I was so excited to find something that was cute for spring and summer. However, after just wearing them a couple of times per week for the last 2 months, I have separation of the footbed and several studs that have come loose or fallen off completely. I'm so disappointed these didn't even make it to summer in tact.
