Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).
