Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I debated for so long on whether to order these or not, but I'm so glad that I did. These felt super comfy right out of the box, no breaking in needed; I couldn't even believe it. I did have a small issue with delivery, but it got quickly resolved. I can't wait to start wearing them when the weather cools down!
Finally finding boots that fit after years and years of trying other brands -- I actually got kind of teary. These are comfortable for me to wear to work all day and fit my wide feet/high arch/chonky ankles from the get go.
I now have a couple of pairs of Wydr shoes and they have been worth the money! Finally I have a pair of sturdy and pretty, fashionable shoes that I don’t feel I’m settling for. While I was taken aback by them feeling a little tight I soon realised it was because they have a certain sturdiness that I’m not accustomed to. I wear them and don’t feel I have wide feet. They fit and make me feel like I’m walking on a cloud.
Admission: I currently own three pairs of boots, three pairs of loafers, two pairs of strappy platform heels and one pair of mules. I am completely addicted to Wydr Studios. The addiction is a result of first, a fashionable shoe, then the instant break-in feel, the quality of the products, their durability and classic styling. The real kicker for me are all the compliments I get. I can't lie, it feels good to be complimented on my shoes. I have wide feet so I've struggled my whole life to find stylish, fashionable, comfortable shoes. I feel put together and fashion-forward in my Wydr shoes! I highly recommend!
The shoe itself is gorgeous, even nicer than the photos. The fit is a bit bigger than expected. It is wide but also very roomy in the toe box itself. I can even wear thick thermal socks and still walk around comfortably. The only issue I have with this model is that even with the arch support insole, it is still relatively flat so I can’t walk around or stand for super long and can’t run in them at all. That being said this is a huge improvement from Doc Martens which don’t offer wide fit yet look just as cool and edgy!
