Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

After wearing my black Montis all summer, I knew I needed another color! The footbed is just SO comfortable and supportive - I needed another color option for my outfits. I wore the Honey Montis this weekend to a friend's bridal shower and received countless compliments on the shoes. I can't wait to wear them as a bridesmaid this Fall, knowing my feet will be comfortable ALL. DAY. LONG! Can't recommend this footbed enough!
These need a pretty serious redesign. The criss-cross straps pinch your foot with every step, which left me with pretty serious bruising after a short trip to the mall. It is a shame, the sole feels comfortable and the fit is true but these are unbearable.
I have a medical condition that causes my feet and legs to swell, making it nearly impossible to find shoes that fit, are comfortable for long periods, or don't cause additional pain. I was skeptical at first, but when I bought these shoes in Black and wore them to work, I couldn’t believe it – my feet felt fine! I wore them for a whole week without any issues, so I immediately went back to purchase the other two colors. I even wore the Rose Gold pair to a wedding where I was on my feet for over 8 hours – again, no problems at all.
I can honestly say I’ve finally found my perfect shoes! The struggle of not being able to find shoes that fit, let alone ones that don't make my feet worse, has been real, and I can’t thank you enough for these shoes. The adjustable back strap ensured a perfect fit, letting me walk for hours without any discomfort or slipping. And, the strap is long enough for my wide feet and ankles!
