Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I love the flat boot, the toe shape is great. They're super comfortable, easy to put on, and I like the stretchy panels. I also really love that they are pretty sleek and basic, I feel like it makes them timeless.
Have ordered three times, love all my shoes! It’s so nice knowing that they’ll fit my wide feet. The first time I ordered, they even took the time to go over my foot measurements to help me pick the best size. A high quality product that’s very reasonable for what it is, couldn’t recommend enough!
I love these boots, I got them in leather and Suede. The only thing I wish is they had a zipper to give more room for putting on the boots... like the cowboy boots. I have a high instep so getting my foot can be a pain.
The supple material made certain that there was no break-in time. On the second day of wear, I walked 2 miles in the boots and I could have walked more!
I like how thick it is. It feels very sturdy. It does add some weight to it, which I think makes it feel that much more high quality.
