Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

These sandals are spectacular!! I never heard of the company but it showed up on my Facebook feed and after research I took a chance. So glad I did. They are worth every penny. Beautiful leather and buckle as well as comfy with a low heel. My foot is wide with a bunion and other issues. I wear these everyday in my house and all summer. Since my first pair I ordered three more. Black gold and green. I wanted another black but they don’t have my size! Do not hesitate they are beautiful, comfy and adjustable. They wear well after months and months they still look new!!

I absolutely love my Marbella flats! They’re the first wide-width slides I’ve found that are both stylish and incredibly comfortable. I bought these for a wedding, where I put them through hours of dancing + an after party that shut down 3 separate bars. Not many shoes could handle that the first time out and stay comfy without pinching or chafing anywhere, but these did the job!
I’d consider that money well spent even if I never wore them again. (But I will definitely wear them again!)

love how the belt buckle on the shoe adjusts width! Its a lot classier compared to similar styles of shoes I have that use Velcro
