The FIRST time I wore these boots to my office job, I came home to find a huge gauge out of the heel material. When I contacted customer service they said nothing could be done as something “sharp or pointy” had damaged it. You’re telling me these shoes can’t handle someone sitting at their desk for an entire shift? The only contact my heel would have had was to the bottom of my rolling chair. So be prepared to wrap yourself in bubble wrap to avoid any major scratches or scuffs while you’re wearing them! For what I paid for these boots, I am extremely disappointed in the level of quality and durability of the material used, as well as the overall lack of regard the customer service department demonstrated. With such inflated pricing, you’d think they’d be able to “take the hit financially” by refunding me or exchanging them for a new pair. If this brand is as “meticulously handcrafted” as advertised, you’d think they would have at least offered to repair it in some way or provided suggestions on what I could do to rectify the damage. Wydr clearly doesn’t care for its customers to so easily dismiss this issue. I would have been a loyal and repeat customer, having planned several other purchases and answered a variety of surveys to support their designs and future business. I’ll be chalking them up to another brand that exploits the plus size consumer with absolutely no ability to empathize or build real connections with those for which they supposedly centered and created an entire business.

High quality and very comfy. The only downside for me is that the ankle gapes a little bit.

So comfortable and easy to wear. It's been years since I have been able to wear platforms, let alone boots! Now I can strut my stuff anywhere :)

"SUCH a cute boot! Very 70’s inspired! Feels like it’s straight out of Daisy Jones and the Six! I really love the pull on style with the ankle strap! The color is timeless and very cute. It feels both modern and retro and very perfect for Autumn, to go with dresses and skirts and even just jeans. I think this style will be pretty popular! I love that the shoe is also a platform, so it gives great height but is still very comfortable. I feel like I am not always this comfortable in a heel this high, but this felt really nice.

At first, I was nervous about the heel height since it's a bit taller than what I usually wear in boots, but I have had no pain or discomfort wearing them - they feel similar to lower heeled boots of different brands. size 11 was perfect for boot, had room for socks/tights. really comfortable and fun to wear. I am excited to wear these again with tights in the winter. I like how the platform part is covered in the suede as well; I feel like some companies might cheap out and not put the suede there, which would be a mistake.
