Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I pulled these boots on this morning, went about my business for a few hours, and came back to the website to order them in black and grey as well. They’re comfortable, cozy, and stylish — a triple win! If they came in more colors, I’d probably buy those too.
These were super comfortable from the moment I put them on. My foot is cushioned in softness. It like a combination Boot and Ugg. Heel is perfect. I did have to add an insert but live I can wear a thick sock if I need too! Very cute!
This size feels perfect, like there is room for a thicker sock but also fits well with a thinner one. I feel like my feet are nestled into the sherpa well and are not moving around too much. They also don’t feel crammed in or too snug. Very goldilocks- just right. I think the sherpa really helps with making these a more universal fit within the size, especially in the ankle. It felt like a little shoe hug all day long. I have had to add the included extra padding/spacers into other size 9 shoes from Wydr but I do not feel the need to adjust these at all.
So comfortable for wide feet. There are lots of styles and they are so cute!
