Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experierce.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

this size feels perfect, like there is room for a thicker sock but also fits well with a thinner one. I feel like my feet are nestled into the sherpa well and are not moving around too much. They also don’t feel crammed in or too snug. Very goldilocks- just right." & "I think the sherpa really helps with making these a more universal fit within the size., especially in the ankle. It felt like a little shoe hug all day long. I have had to add the included extra padding/spacers into other size 9 shoes from WYDR but I do not feel the need to adjust these at all.
The material is soft, durable, and comfy all day long! There’s nothing I would change about the material at all!
The shoe felt comfortable as soon as I put it on and stayed that way. I was never uncomfortable. I also enjoy the shoes' color and the zipper on the front (instead of the side or back)
