Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

These boots are amazing! I’ve never found boots for my wide feet and ankles until now. Other boots might be wide in the toe but not in the ankle where I need it too, god room around the calf too. They are very comfortable and so well made.

I’ve been searching for new engineer/biker boots for years. Was so excited to discover these even though the heel looked a lot higher than I wanted. Just received them and will keep them, but would really love to see an engineer boot with less heel, like with classic engineer boots. If these were more flat but with a bit of a platform? Oh my goodness I would buy five. The heel is quite a lift for a boot in this style. Still glad y’all are making good quality wide shoes, keep it up!
These boots are definitely my style and I was super excited to have the chance to test them out. I love the heel height, the zipper side, and the buckle detail on the side, as well as the color of the suede. They zipped up with ease without any tightness on my calves, which can be hard to find in a boot of this mid height since I have thicker calves
Best most comfortable boots I have ever had. Also got a pair for my granddaughter which she loves. So hard to find cowgirl boots that fit and are so comfortable. Beautiful quality the free socks are top quality and the extra insoles wow
