Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

Very beautiful shoe but they did not fit on the width. I wear a 91/2 WW and have been buying 9WW in the Darcy Wydr block heel and they fit great but these did not work for my feet . I highly recommend these if your feet are not very wide .
My first pair of Wydr shoes and I can’t wait to buy my second. I have wide feet and every shoe hurts them after an hour. I lasted in these all day. They are so cute and comfy and truly wide!
I'm on my third pair of Wydr heels and I'm obsessed!! Once they're broken in, I can be all day in them!! This is exactly what I've been looking for!! Keep them coming! We need a braided heel and knee height boots!!
Love these shoes. They super comfortable and cute. I have struggled to find a heel that is both of those things! The only reason for my rating is that after only 4-5 wears they have a sole lifting and are scuffed. I know money doesn’t go as far these days but for the price I expected more.
