Our size chart aligns with the 2E standard, equivalent to WW (wide width). Wydr’s shoes are designed to run true to size according to our size guide measurements. If your foot measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a perfect fit. For example, if your foot length falls between 8WW and 9WW, opt for the 9WW size.
If you have shopped at brands such as Lane Bryant, Torrid or well-known sneaker brands, we encourage you to follow the same purchased sizes from those brands for the best fit.
We offer complementary insoles or paddings for fitting adjustments, to ensure that you have the best fitting experience.
Our return policy is open for 14 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a two-week window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 14 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I do prefer a zip up boot to a pull on, as the pull on and off can be more of a challenge, however these pulled on and off with relative ease due to the nature of the width.
I’m not sure why I have so many issues with this but I can never find a nice shoe that has a wide enough toe box. The REST of the shoe will be wide, actually too wide (wish a 10.5 existed but alas it’s nearly impossible to find anywhere), somehow my big toe is still getting pinched. I really wanted to love these, they are very cute and nice quality, but am I really the only one that needs a wide shoe because their toe box is the wide part of their foot?? Sizing up doesn’t work with this issue because as I said the rest of the shoe is actually too big, going to have to do something creative with inserts to make it fit right. Really wanted a dressy boot I could wear walking long distances but starting to think it doesn’t exist. I find that the heel also slips up when I walk, even with thick socks. I’m a big gal but I guess I have regular size ankles and my thick legs don’t really start being thick until my calves. I’ll end up keeping them because I frankly don’t have the mental energy right now to go through a returns process and I need something for a holiday party I have coming up, I can get my foot in them and they’re not *terribly* uncomfortable, so I guess they’re it.
I've never had the foot art of a shoe be this close to perfect for my feet. The 6ww is perfect for me length and width wise. The problem is that the boots also have a wide calf, and my calves aren't so wide that they require the extra room. So unfortunately, my heel slips up as I walked around my apartment. I'm devastated because they're SO cute and comfortable. Hopefully in the future this is another version that could be made, average calves but foot width extended sizes.
I loved the feel and look of these boots. I especially appreciated the snakeskin texture. These boots looked stylish and on-trend but still classic. I loved the little heel which wasn’t too high. And the cute pointed toe was still wildy comfortable.
