Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

The boot is beautiful but as an 8 1/2, I ordered a 9 and am swimming in it. I'd LOVE to exchange for an 8, but unfortunately my now 3 emails have been ignored. When you look into how to return or exchange, the instructions are to emiail Support. ............................................. Crickets.
I am so excited about these gorgeous boots. They fit really nicely and were immediately comfortable and easy to walk in. Quality seems very high and the leather is soft. The measurements I based my first order on were quite off due to my own failure in measuring and a somewhat in-between size, but their CS team worked with me to get the right size, letting me return twice until I found the right size. The only complaint I have is that because of where the warehouse is, shipping takes about a month, which means that my initial order was placed in November and it took me until mid-February to get into the right size. All that said, I'm really happy with the boots and am looking forward to further purchases from Wydr. Between the quality and good customer service, they've definitely earned a repeat customer.
