If you wear wide-width brands, stick to the same size. Otherwise, size down from your normal-width size.

Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

This footbed is the most comfortable footbed I've ever worn... and that's not an exaggeration. I have high arches and the bottoms of my feet often hurt and feel unsupported in shoes. But, I could walk comfortably for hours in these shoes! I got the Sedonas and Montis first, and needed to get the Carmel Woven Slides (and another pair of Montis!!!) because they're just THAT comfortable! I'll be wearing these all Summer, and for years to come!!
The heel height is comfortable and appropriate for a slip-on sandal. I like that they are not flat on the ground like a flip-flop, but elevated slightly to provide some cushion and support.

I could not be more pleased about a pair of shoes and this company. I have a truely wide foot and have struggled especially with finding cute casual shoes that fit. Never mind the want for a quality shoe that holds up. I ordered these about a month ago and they were stuck in transit. Still are. Wydr kept checking in with me and offered multiple times to send a back up shipment until the other arrive and I can send the extra back. I finally caved and let them send another pair temporarily at no charge. The customer service has been top notch. These shoes are excellent. Perfect fit. No rubbing. I will order more shoes.
Everyone's pics wearing these are awesome, but once I tried them, they were clumsy and difficult to walk in. They don't stay on the foot and a strain to keep on while walking. The quality is definitely there, but these do not stay on at all if I planned to walk more then a yard at a time. Sadly they went back! The excellent thing is the customer service is top notch & I was easily able to return!
These shoes are more amazing than I hoped for. They are comfortable, cute and lightweight. I wore them right out of the box. You will love this shoe. The color is amazing! It really complements my skin tone. Please make ballet flats and pumps in toast.
