To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

The kitten heel is a nice size and feels sturdy. It's not too tall, and would make the shoe still wearable for a full day. I love the double buckle strap design on the top of the heel, and how it allows for adjustability. Though, I actually didn't need to adjust anything when the shoes arrived, they fit great out of the package. The length is good, and my foot feels stable when moving (it doesn't slide back and forth). Overall, I think the fit is solid.
