Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

More comfortable than your house slippers. I can wear these all day and never get tired. They are roomy and have great cushion support.
I could walk for miles in these loafers! Definitely just as comfortable as the “closed” loafers! I love the material overall! The feel is very lux and I would definitely be able to wear them on a daily basis.
I’m 26 with moderate bunion s on both feet, the one on my right foot is quite large and difficult to find shoes for. I’m not ready to commit to “old lady shoes” and am so happy to have found this brand. The toe box is perfect, with a bunion protector on I have no pain, i think after breaking them they will be even more comfy. I am pretty slim (size 2-4) and did have a hard time filling out the rest of the shoe. The shoe seems a little longer than your typical size 7, and if you don’t have big enough ankles you will step right out. I was able to solve this with some Dr. Scholls insoles, you have to cut them pretty low so you can’t see them, but now i don’t step out of them. BE CAREFUL with the extra padding they send with the shoes. It is very very sticky, if you place them in the wrong spot you won’t be able to move them without ripping out the inside of the shoe (made this mistake, but since i put in inserts it wasn’t a problem.) i would definitely buy another pair of shoes from this company
While I did have to return this one because it didn't quite fit me. It was super cute and would of been very comfortable. Their customer service is top knotch. I did order two other pairs both of which I loved and kept and will be reviewing also. The loafer and a platform sandal.
